RETURN DUE TO OUR INCOMPETENCE

We are committed to helping you turn your house into a Smart Home, which is why, when you purchase Hauza products through this page, you can be sure that we will train you through digital means, and you will achieve your mission in less than 7 (seven) days.

Shall we fail to assist you effectively, we offer a 7-day return policy at no cost to you.

To make this return policy valid, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your purchase to our warehouse, where we will evaluate the physical condition and then proceed with the corresponding refund.

Based on the above, we kindly ask you to ensure that your product is returned to us with all cables, without scratches, and with the packaging in perfect condition so that you receive the full refund. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the purchase price.

WARRANTY POLICY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Hauza guarantees with a limited liability warranty hardware and firmware* included in this product for a period of one (1) year, covering all parts and labor against any manufacturing and functional defects from the date of delivery to the end consumer at no cost to them.

*Firmware warranty applies to the software contained within the physical device, but does not apply to the control application (App) installed in consumer's mobile devices.

THE WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THE DEVICE WHOSE MODEL IS LISTED ON THE POLICY INCLUDED WITH EACH OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS

To enforce the factory warranty, no additional requirements are needed other than shipping the product along with its original warranty card and sales receipt with clear purchase date so we can validate its warranty period.

Warranty can be claimed through the website www.ihauza.com in the "Warranty and Support" section or by sending an email directly to hauzastore@ihauza.com to coordinate assistance, and any related shipping costs will be covered by us.

Delivery time for your repaired or replaced product will not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product.

 

THIS WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • When the details on the policy do not match the product.
  • When the product has been used under abnormal conditions or operated outside the instructions and specs provided with the product.
  • When the product has been opened or altered by unauthorized personnel not authorized by Hauza or an authorized service partner.
